Multilingual Correspondence: Professional handling of all communications in Dutch, English, and BCS (Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian).
2. Operational Support & Maintenance
The Goal: To maintain a clear, up-to-date overview of your active projects without you needing to do the manual data entry.
System Configuration: Building and organizing your project environment to eliminate data silos. I ensure your operational “engine” is configured correctly so your workflows stay technically sound.
Administrative Coordination: I monitor timelines and status updates within your system. My role is to keep the data organized and the milestones visible, ensuring you have an accurate, real-time snapshot of project progress.
3. Systems Setup & Onboarding
The Goal: To get new users or new tools set up immediately and correctly.
Technical Onboarding: I handle the entire day one checklist for new users: account creation, access permissions, and software setup.
Documentation: I create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal knowledge bases for your business processes, so information is easily accessible.
4. Technical Liaison & Troubleshooting
The Goal: To solve tech problems quickly and efficiently.
Issue Resolution: I troubleshoot and resolve common browser, software, and account-related technical problems independently.
Vendor Coordination: I act as the primary, hands-on point of contact for external developers and service providers, handling the technical language for you.
5.Operational Systems Support
The Goal: To handle the essential back-end logistics of your business efficiently and autonomously.
Logistics Coordination: Planning travel itineraries and tracking project deadlines using system data.
Platform Maintenance: Back-end updates, managing product data within the system, and optimizing order workflows.
Database Hygiene: Cleaning and organizing CRM records and digital filing systems to maintain data integrity.
